Our Story

Green Life Science was founded in March 2024 by a small team with a clear vision – to deliver a more focused, high-quality approach to hiring within the life sciences sector.

From the outset, the goal was to move away from volume-driven recruitment and build a precision-led search firm focused on quality, speed and long-term impact.

Like any growing business, the early stages brought challenges. Through resilience, consistency and a commitment to delivery, we have continued to build momentum and establish a strong position within the life sciences market.
