About the Job
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance (PV) Contracts Administrator to join our global PV team. This contract role is perfect for professionals with experience in pharmacovigilance and contract management who want to work in a compliance-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Template & Document Management

Help create and maintain templates for safety-related contract clauses.

Support the development and sharing of training materials for contract handling.
Contract Lifecycle Support

Manage contract records: upload, track renewals, and process terminations.

Update PV agreements and ensure they’re added to the PV System Master File.
Operational Support

Gather input from regional teams for gap analyses and audit prep.

Manage the team mailbox and respond to questions about safety language, contract ownership, and regulations.
Meetings & Reviews

Help organize monthly contract review meetings.

Support follow-ups and documentation needed for audits and compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, legal studies, or a related field.
Experience
-
3–5 years in pharmacovigilance.

At least 1 year handling PV contracts.
Skills
-
Strong organization and coordination skills.

Clear communication—both written and verbal.

Familiarity with global PV regulations and compliance standards.

Knowledge of contract structures and legal terms related to pharmacovigilance.

Comfortable using contract databases and tracking systems.
Bonus Skills

Experience contributing to the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).

Understanding of vendor management and regulatory teamwork.
