Role Overview

We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant based in the United Kingdom for a full-time, hybrid role that offers flexible working from home options. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-tier candidates, conducting interviews, and managing client relationships, helping to match outstanding talent with leading life science companies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage high-quality candidates for various life science recruitment roles
Conduct detailed candidate interviews and screening processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and deliver on their hiring needs
Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive recruitment solutions

Ideal Candidate Profile

Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and talent sourcing
Strong skills in interviewing and candidate assessment
Excellent client relationship management abilities
Solid understanding of the life science industry is highly advantageous
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
