About the Role

We’re looking for a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Clinical Operations team in Switzerland. This remote role includes occasional travel to support clinical trial sites across the country.

You’ll play a key role in managing and monitoring clinical trials, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to strict quality and regulatory standards.


What You’ll Do

  • Conduct site visits (qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out) for oncology trials in Switzerland.

  • Ensure trial sites follow protocols, GCP, Swissmedic regulations, and internal SOPs.

  • Perform source data verification and monitor patient safety, data quality, and protocol compliance.

  • Provide support and training to clinical site staff.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory.

  • Help implement risk-based monitoring strategies and continuous process improvements.

  • Maintain detailed, accurate study documentation and site visit reports.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of CRA experience, preferably in oncology trials (solid tumors or hematologic cancers).

  • Knowledge of early and/or late-phase clinical trials.

  • Solid understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and Swiss regulations.

  • Fluent in English; German and/or French is a big plus.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Willing to travel within Switzerland (up to 30%).
