About the Business Development Licensing Biotech Role

This Business Development and Licensing role is ideal for professionals who want to leverage their scientific background in a high-impact, strategic capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue licensing and co-development opportunities to support strategic business growth
Build and present data-driven business cases for internal review and external negotiation
Lead due diligence across cross-functional teams, including scientific, regulatory, and legal
Negotiate term sheets and finalize licensing agreements
Maintain and grow partnerships with biotech and pharmaceutical companies
Represent the company at global industry events and conferences

Qualifications

Ph.D. in a Life Science discipline (e.g., Immunology, Pharmacology, Oncology) strongly preferred
2+ years’ experience in business development, licensing, or strategy in biotech/pharma
Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Solid understanding of drug development, clinical research stages, and commercialization
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, proposal development, and cross-border collaboration
