Freelance Clinical Data Manager

We are currently hiring Freelance Clinical Data Managers to support our global research projects.
This is a contract position offering flexible, remote/hybrid work at approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities

Serve as the main data management contact for assigned clinical studies.

Manage the collection, review, and cleaning of clinical trial data.

Develop and maintain:

Data Management Plans (DMPs)

Case Report Forms (CRFs)

Edit check specifications and related documents

Conduct query management and data reconciliation activities.

Support database build, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Medical Coding, and Project Management teams.

Assist with interim and final database locks to meet project deadlines.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Information Management, or a related field.

3+ years of clinical data management experience (CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech preferred).

Proficiency in EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, Veeva).

Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.

Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely.

Experience managing multiple studies in a part-time or flexible setup is a plus.
