We are a fast-growing network of clinical research sites in the U.S., committed to making high-quality clinical trials more accessible nationwide. As we expand rapidly over the next year, we’re looking for a strategic, motivated Business Development Manager to help drive our growth.
About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be a key player in expanding our clinical trial portfolio. You’ll identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with sponsors and CROs, and help shape our partnership strategy. This role reports directly to the SVP of Business Development.
What You’ll Do

Find and secure new clinical trial opportunities with sponsors, CROs, and other partners.

Manage the full business development process—from finding leads to signing contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships across the clinical research industry.

Represent us at events, conferences, and client meetings.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs.

Track sales activities and measure performance against goals.

Share market insights to guide our growth strategy.
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of business development experience in clinical research, a CRO, or life sciences.

Proven success in generating leads and forming long-term partnerships.

Understanding of clinical trials and site operations is a big plus.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.

Willing to travel when needed.

Based on the East Coast (preferred), but this is a fully remote role.
