About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded professional ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll work with a respected laboratory at the heart of global clinical research. Your focus will be to find new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and help drive our growth across key markets.
What You’ll Do

Identify new business opportunities in clinical trials and pharmaceutical partnerships

Build lasting relationships with sponsors, CROs, and biotech clients

Work closely with scientific and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions

Represent the company at global conferences, events, and client meetings

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
What We’re Looking For

Experience in business development within life sciences or clinical research

Knowledge of central lab services, biomarkers, or assay development

Strong communication and negotiation skills

A consultative, client-focused approach to sales

Ability to work well in a fast-paced, international environment

Confidence working across commercial and scientific teams
