About the Role
As Medical Director – Oncology, you will lead the clinical strategy for our mRNA vaccine program. You’ll collaborate across departments to design and manage clinical trials, support regulatory submissions, and guide product development from early research to late-stage testing.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage clinical trials for mRNA-based oncology vaccines

Ensure trials meet scientific standards and regulatory guidelines

Design clinical trial protocols, including patient selection and endpoints

Work with regulatory teams on INDs, FDA meetings, and clinical submissions

Coordinate with R&D, clinical operations, and other internal teams

Build relationships with external partners and key opinion leaders

Review and interpret clinical data to support development decisions

Mentor junior staff and promote teamwork and excellence
What We’re Looking For
-
MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree

Board certification in oncology or related field (preferred)

10+ years in oncology clinical development, especially early-phase trials
-
Experience with vaccine development or mRNA technology is a plus

Deep knowledge of trial design, FDA regulations, and industry practices

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Clear, confident communicator
