About the Role
We’re hiring a Director of Clinical Operations to lead our global oncology trials. In this role, you’ll manage the full clinical trial lifecycle—Phase I to Phase III. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the VP of Clinical Development.
What You’ll Do

Lead global clinical trials, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and high quality

Manage and grow the Clinical Operations team

Select and oversee CROs, vendors, and clinical sites

Build and manage clinical trial budgets and timelines

Collaborate with Regulatory, Medical, Biometrics, and CMC teams
-
Ensure compliance with GCP, ICH, SOPs, and other regulations

Improve clinical processes and drive operational excellence

Support clinical strategy and help with regulatory submissions
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Master’s or higher preferred)

10+ years of clinical operations experience in biotech or pharma
-
5+ years focused on oncology

Proven record leading global clinical trials

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Expert knowledge of GCP, ICH, and FDA/global regulations

Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
