My client, a rapidly expanding biotech company at the forefront of antibody innovation, is looking for a Business Development & Licensing Lead to support strategic growth across a diverse therapeutic pipeline. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science and strategy, helping to drive impactful partnerships in immuno-oncology, autoimmune disease, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, including out-licensing and co-development deals
- Develop and present data-driven business proposals to internal leadership
- Collaborate across departments to lead due diligence and manage alliances
- Oversee deal negotiations and coordinate proposal development
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain relationships across the biotech/pharma ecosystem
What We’re Looking For:
- Ph.D. in a life science discipline (e.g., Immunology, Oncology, Pharmacology) strongly preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in biotech business development, strategy, or scientific roles
- Solid grasp of licensing models and drug development processes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required
